Official TikTok Shop Partner
TikTok runs the shop. Endlss runs the program around it.
Connect your shop, list your products for creators, and keep the roster, the collaborations, communication and the sales history in one place.
What TikTok holds, and what Endlss holds
Seller Center shows you 90 days. Endlss shows you all of it.
TikTok owns the shop, the checkout, the commission and the creator payment. Endlss holds everything around it: your roster, your collaborations, your messages and your sales history. A creator who sold for you last spring is still a creator you can see in Endlss.

Connect, read, match
Connect your shop and everything already running comes across.
Authorise Endlss through TikTok and your products and any live collaborations are read in, not replaced. Creators are synced to your roster and matched to any existing creators by their TikTok handle, so someone already selling for you on Shopify becomes one record instead of two. Creator search runs against TikTok creators, the same way it does everywhere else in Endlss.

Collaborations and samples
List your products, and creators pick them up.
Set a commission rate, choose the products, and open the collaboration. Any creator on TikTok can join it. Samples work the opposite way round from Shopify. On TikTok Shop the creator applies and you approve, and the sample is tracked against them alongside what they sell.

Orders, commissions and reconciliation
Every sale carries the creator, the collaboration and the rate.
Affiliate orders come in tied to who sold them, which collaboration they came from and what commission applies. Commission is followed through TikTok's settlement states rather than estimated. Returns and cancellations come through and adjust the figure. What a creator sold and how their content performed sit on the same record.

On TikTok Shop, TikTok pays your creators
TikTok pays creator commission directly.
TikTok calculates it, pays the creator, and deducts it from your payout statement. On this channel Endlss reports rather than pays. What every creator earned is still in one place, across both channels. The difference is who moves the money, not what you can see.
