Moving from another affiliate platform? Build it in draft. Go live when you're ready.

A guided move from the tool you use today. Your roster and codes come across, with 90 days of sales history for code-based programs. Your creators hear what's happening before it happens.

What comes across? It depends on whether your creators use codes or links.

If they use codes

Your roster, your codes and 90 days of sales history all come across. Their codes keep working exactly as they do now.

If they use links

Your roster comes across. Sales history does not, because it sits against links that will not exist any more. Every creator gets a new link on go-live day.

Most brands are a mix of both. Whatever your creators use today, we will tell you exactly what carries before you commit to anything.

How it works. Five steps, and we are with you for all of them.

  1. Create your account

Pick your plan and set up your account.

  2. Put your account in Draft Mode

Build everything before anything goes out. Upload your roster, backdate your data, write your sequences and build a list of creators to message, draft your application form, set your tiers and group your creators.

Nothing reaches a single creator and no commissions are tracked while you are in draft. You pick the day it goes live. That is the day the messages send and commission tracking starts.

  3. Upload your creator list

Provide the Endlss team your roster list, including names, email, Instagram and TikTok handles, and their codes if applicable. Everyone lands on your roster, codes are matched against 90 days of your real Shopify orders, and new links are created for each of them.

Pro tip: if you are on the Grow plan and change smart links to a custom brand URL after you upload your list, Endlss will automatically regenerate your roster links.

  4. Plan what you tell your creators, and when

Two messages from you before the move, one from Endlss on the day that will include their new links and the ability to sign in. We can share example wording that has worked for other brands migrating 100 creators all the way up to thousands.

  5. Go live

Draft mode comes off. Go-live emails are sent and new smart links are live, commissions start tracking, and payments run.

Your creators do not have to do anything. Their new link works the moment it lands.

A creator can copy their link from the email and start selling straight away. They do not have to sign in, activate anything or connect a bank account first.

Sales count and commission accrues from the day you go live, whether they have logged in or not. When they do have money owed, Endlss emails them to connect their bank account. You get a report of anyone who has not, so you always know who is outstanding.

A creator's go-live email from Endlss

What we need to make this very simple.

Access to your Shopify store. Your creator list, with names, emails, handles and codes. Sign-off on the messages that go to your creators. A decision on the go-live date.

And one consideration: which creators come across. Most rosters have people on them who have not sold in a long time, and this is a good moment to leave them behind rather than carry them.
