We can migrate existing Shopify discount codes directly into Endlss. These codes will be imported in draft mode and properly assigned to each creator before launch with existing discount and commission rates.
Unfortunately No. Links from your current provider cannot be migrated into Endlss.
Each creator will receive a brand-new smart link generated inside Endlss at the time of migration.
We will support you with clear communication so ambassadors understand they are receiving updated links and why the change benefits them.

Before launch, we collectively choose a clear cut-over date and time. At that moment:
- You turn off commission tracking in your current platform
- Endlss begins tracking commissions
- All new orders from that timestamp forward are attributed only inside Endlss
This prevents overlap and ensures you are not paying commissions twice for the same sale.
If needed, we can reconcile any edge cases around the transition period so your finance team has full confidence.
Commissions earned prior to the agreed cut-over date remain inside your existing platform and should be paid out there.
Endlss will sync 60 day program performance and revenue, but Endlss will only track and manage commissions generated after the migration timestamp.
This keeps reporting clean and avoids payout confusion.
