Platform Description: The service allows users to purchase goods from brands through authorized sellers' virtual storefronts.

Eligibility: Children under 13 cannot use the platform. Those under 18 need parental or guardian consent and must provide accurate information to verify such approval.

Merchant of Record: Brands serve as merchants of record, not the Company. When purchasing through the platform, users buy directly from Brands rather than the Company, even though payment processing occurs through third-party processors. The Company bears no responsibility for product descriptions, brand offerings, or availability. Users must contact Brands directly regarding product issues and return policies.

Payments: Users must provide valid payment information to complete purchases. They remain responsible for updating payment details and must pay listed order amounts. Taxes are the user's responsibility. Brand refund and return policies apply; disputes must be directed to the applicable Brand.

Payment Processing: Stripe Connect handles payment processing under its own terms at https://stripe.com/legal. Users authorize the Payment Processor to store and charge their payment method. The Company disclaims liability for payment processing and reserves the right to change processors.

Shipping, Refunds and Cancellations: Brands fulfill orders. The Company accepts no responsibility for shipping delays. Payments are final unless Brands' policies or law permit otherwise. All return requests go directly to Brands.

Termination: The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

User Disputes: Users are solely responsible for interactions with other users, Brands, or Sellers.
